Yes. Brands like Duravit, Vitra, Blanco, MagDrain, AWS, Genova, and Seven all come with official local warranties.
We also provide after-sales parts support (cartridges, mounts, traps, seals) and can coordinate with authorized service agents if any servicing is needed post-installation.
Do you provide product samples for client presentations?
We don’t provide samples, but you’re welcome to bring clients to our showroom for hands-on viewing and selection.
Can we mix different brands in one bathroom?
Yes. Brands like Duravit, Vitra, Blanco, MagDrain, Aalto, Aquafiny all have local warranty + after-sales support.
What is the usual lead time?
In-stock: 1–3 days
Indent / special finishes: 3–6 weeks

Are your products suitable for rental or high-use units?
Yes. We recommend PVD-coated fittings, water-saving WCs, and MagDrain traps for easier long-term maintenance.
Should I find an interior designer (ID) first or enquire with a bathroom supplier first?
Ideally, start with your interior designer so your overall layout, measurements, and design direction are clear. After that, enquiring with a bathroom supplier becomes much easier because the recommendations will match your space, style, and budget.
However, many homeowners also come to us first to explore options and pricing — both ways work. If you already have rough measurements, we can guide you without an ID.How far in advance do I need to confirm my order?
We recommend confirming your order 3–6 weeks before installation. This ensures stock availability, allows time for delivery scheduling, and avoids renovation delays.
For customised or special-order items, confirming earlier (6–8 weeks) is even better.
